Spinning
We have state of the art spinning facilities covering the complete
sphere of yarn manufacturing including ultra modern automated
setup with high speed ring frames. Furqan Textile’s automated
spinning facility is the most advanced in the region. We have the
facilities to produce combed yarn.
Weaving
Furqan Textile equipped with 1500 Auto loom width ranging 59
- 112”, 158 Sulzer width 110”-153”. 60 Air Jet looms width 110-
154”, Furqan Textile has the capabilities to weave all Counts
and Construction like Plain weave, Twill, Sateen, Jacquard and
higher Count threads like 200 to 500 Threads Qualities .
Bleached & Dyed
Furqan Textile Has continuous Bleaching & Dyeing Plant with full
back Up, double chamber 120” width, Perfect for 200 to 500
thread qualities, Continuous Dyeing (Infra red Dye-Vac)
Printing
The group has engaged an integrated plant having most modern
rotary machines. The rotaries are being feed up by continuous
bleaching, mercerizing , soaper, chintz and normal finish calendar.
Further having computerized engraving and designing system to
perform the sensitive and minute jobs.
Processing Laboratory
The Laboratory and Quality Control Department play an
important role in overall production. Without quality control, no
single meter is produced until the required results are obtained in
the laboratory. Furqan Textile is certified for the following
